The commercial food machinery is the food processing equipment that uses a system to handle, prepare, cook, store, and package food and food products. This equipment is primarily aimed toward transformation every year, some pieces of equipment are also employed to conduct introductory and sustaining functions such as handling, preparation, and packaging.
